I just moved into a new address and I’m struggling to receive some of the letters. Not sure if there’s an issue with my address or neighbours stealing post.
I’m expecting an important letter from DWP. I’m thinking of getting myself a PO Box for security purposes since I keep losing (not receiving) all my letters.
Is it possible to use a PO Box with the DWP?
Anyone please advise
