Does anyone have any advice re pensions. I can take my company full pension or reduced pension with a lump sum. I don’t know which option is better ?

You should see advice as suggested but I would be wary of the transfer value, as a DB indexed linked pension is very valuable and takes away any concerns about money for the rest of your life.

Having said that, and acknowledging that @WombatChocolate makes some important points, I think I would take a lump sum if I knew for certain I could live off the reduced pension (given that you're likely to receive state pension as well - you can get a quote for that to check) so I had some money in the bank for little extras to enjoy my retirement.
