Withdrawing money from NS and I

Anyone got recent experience of withdrawal times? I used their online calculator that said the money should be in my account Friday 7th May. Requested the withdrawal (Wednesday 6th May AM) and it said your money will be in your account Monday 10th May! Are they just covering themselves? What are the chances the money will arrive tomorrow?

Whenever I have done this it's arrived within two days.
