Short story is that we are being offered shares in a company instead of the £100 grand it owes Dh's company. Need to know if is legal and what the tax implications would be. We don't have a business lawyer or know anyone who does.

DH is a corporate lawyer. Do you want contact details?

deaconblue · 14/11/2007 14:59

hurrah. Text me his number please. He is so worried, you know the whole tale. Obviously we don't expect free advice, just want to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about. God what a relief, I lurve Richard!!!!
