Can I widraw money when overpaid Store card?

I have Next pay credit account.
I am in credit of £70 on it as I returned some items and I paid off my account completely last month.
Can I widraw or somehow have these £70 paid back to me?
Or do I only have to spend it again?

Ring them and ask them to transfer you the credit balance.

Why did you pay the full amount if you had returned items?
