Tax credits have completely messed my claim up and stopped my money until they sort it out. This has been going on for 3 years and apparantly there is no guarantee that I'll get any money before christmas.
I'm sick of them, can citizens advice do anything? is it worth making an apointment if I'm getting nowhere with the helpline?
