CHANGING CHILD BENEFIT FROM WEEKLY TO MONTHLY

Just a quick question as I can’t find any answers anywhere else... I’ve asked to change my child benefit payments from weekly to monthly which is all ok and they’ve agreed to do but said they couldn’t tell me when I would receive my first monthly payment.

Has any of you done the same? And if so how long did you wait?

I'm not sure how you work out payment date , but just wanted to say it is not paid monthly but every four weeks so there will be one month a year where you get two payments.
