well, i'm sure it's somewhere in the house, but my accountant needs it asap. how easy is it to get a copy, & what do i need to do? i am employed part-time, am hoping it's as easy as ringing up HR & begging....

your employer can give you a duplicate, which they must mark as a duplicate. So yes, bit of begging required of payroll or HR or whoever

HR love a bit of grovelling, makes a change from being taken for granted. You grovel nicely and they'll probably magic one up in about 5 minutes for you!
