Working from home tax relief

Does anyone understand it? I've worked from home since 2018, I put in a flat rate claim in for 2018/19, 2019/20 and 2020/21 I got a £20 cheque for 2019/20 but nothing else. I'm confused as to what the £20 is as I thought it equated to £1.20 a week, so that's nearer £60? And I'm a bit confused as to why 2018/19 and current year has been ignored? I guess they might adjust my tax code instead but not had a letter?

Anyone else done a claim? What did you get?

I got a letter changing my tax code. Weirdly in my 1st pay packet after, I was £50 better off (I was expecting £26). I'm curious to see the impact on my next pay packet...

I haven't had a letter about my tax code at all, I'm wondering if I will get a separate letter for each year? (I've since switched to paperless!)
