reclaiming unfair bank charges

apologies if there has already been a thread on this. just wondered if anyone had tried to do this and if so, what their experiences were?

the whole issue of bank charges is currently being reviewed and will go to court at some point, so until a decision has been made, although you can submit a claim, nothing will be paid out until the decision.

I saw something about this on GMTV last week - they said it was worth doing and getting in your claim form now - go to their website as I think they put info on there.
