Any flexible loan that doesn't have early redemption penalties (or arrangement fees) e.g. Goldfish, Northern Rock, Egg....you'd have to take out a loan over several years and just pay it off early. Or depending on the amount your bank might give you an overdraft?

do you have a local credit union? they do loans at 1% cumulative per month - so 12% per year.
