She brought Dd2 a top from H&M on Saturday, it's white with 'I WANT A DOG PLEASE', written in gold letters made up of loads of tiny gold dots.
She wore it yesterday and by the end of the day 3 of the dots had fallen off. I have washed it today on 40 as the instructions said, and I also washed it inside out, but loads of the dots have now fallen off or are hanging off.
My mum said she still has the reciept so will she get her money back ??
As far as I can see it's not fit for purpose really.
