Ex tennants being taken to court by Motability for refusing to return the car, but who do I contact ??

I get shed loads of post for the people that lived here before me. They were evicted and owe the world and their wife money.

Anyhow, after having baliffs and police turn up at all hours of the day and night, I now open any post adressed to them so I know what to expect. Have even rung creditors before to inform them that these people haven't lived here for 3 years now, and all I get is asked to send proof that i am who i say i am and proof of address etc.

So a few months ago, Motability started to write to them about a car that they had on loan which they had to give back, I meant to ring motability at the time but forgotten and now Brum courts have written stating there is to be a hearing between the female occupant of my address and motability.

I am in no doubt at all that the previous tennats are still giving out this address, or at least the woman is, but who do I ring to tell them they have the incorrect info for her, the courtse or motability ??

You are of course aware that it is illegal to open someone elses post, don't you?

I would give motability and the courts a call to explain the situation

Yep I am aware of that but the envelope this particular doccument came in didnot show the name of addressee only the address.

Tbh I don't care either.

Anyway, will try ringing both.

Oh it is, am so sick of it now. They are not listed as living at this address for the past 3 years but still baliffs etc come round.

Have tried the number for the courts and motability but both are ringing out.
