Tax credit renewal

Hi all I'm new here but wanted some advice. I have done my renewal in April and it says will be finalised by November 30th (I'm guessing because of covid it's taking longer than usual? Anyone have this?)

My question is I estimated my income last year to be £28500 due to my job I was expecting to do an extra day but this didn't work out. I earnt £21054 last year but expect my income to be around 23k this year. A friend had a really big overpayment and it always has me worried when it comes to tax credits. I always update through the year as soon as any circumstances change but a friend said she had an underpayment and was paid quite a big lump sum. I just wanted to ask if I'm likely to have been underpaid? And if I am and I did receive a lump sum would this affect my housing benefit?

Sorry for the long first post x

I was underpaid last year because I overestimated earnings. I did get the money as a lump sum. I don't know about housing benefit, I imagine it will impact though.
