My juggling has failed me again and I have forgotten to make sure there was enough money in my account for a direct debit payment of #45.00 to be paid. Now not only have I been hit with the bank charges, I also have to pay a #10 pound charge to the company for an unpaid payment. I can't afford this, is it worth complaining because I still have to pay the original bill as well, which thanks to the charges, is now double. Help.
