Just logged into mine on the app and its fine. All transactions showing.

I was using the app on my phone. Not tried the website.

FredaFox · 06/10/2020 08:07

SaskiaRembrandt · 06/10/2020 08:08

The app on my phone is working - I haven't tried the website either.

No, mine's fine.

I think some of my transactions may be missing, in particular a refund of £103 that was definitely showing yesterday is no longer there.
In the early hours before the app went down it looked like there was a weeks worth missing but now it just seems to be this refund.

LaurieFairyCake · 06/10/2020 08:27

Yes! I had a £146 payment in showing yesterday that's now £43

Very confused Confused

Just had another look and I've no transactions showing for the 2nd, 3rd & 4th Oct but I think the overall balance is correct. One of the transactions is the £103 refund and one is £350 transfered from savings for a new washing machine so I'd definitely notice if the balance was affected.

LaurieFairyCake · 06/10/2020 09:46

Yes, I think the balance is right but for me there's a list i think of about 30 transactions missing over the last week

Particularly on the 1st where a dozen direct debits come out - they were there yesterday and now today nothing between 25th and today's date
