We are eligible for tax free childcare most.of the year but not from April - August because the increase in the minimum wage and my working patterns means I dont earn enough. It's likely to be like this every year for the next couple of years. Is anyone else in this odd situation and successfully got the government to understand they arent eligible part of the year? We told then at the 3 months renewal we weren't eligible any more but they have topped up our accounts anyway.
