I've been in dispute with my previous energy supplier re bills for months. The customer service has been terrible and the complaints handling procedure non existent. They were meant to be reviewing calls and calling me back 3 weeks ago. I haven't heard a thing. I told them what I wanted them to do to resolve the complaint and that was the last I heard. I received a deadlock letter this morning. I suspect they have just let it go to deadlock rather than compensate me for months of calls and cock ups. Has anyone dealt with Ofgem and got anywhere?
