Mysterious £200 PayPal deposit

My DD has just received £200 via PayPal from a random man in Germany - minus a £7.50 handling fee. So there is a sizeable chunk of unexpected money sitting there in her account tagged as 'pending'. We have the man's email address but would prefer PayPal to sort it in case we get embroiled with some kind of nefarious back and forth.

Does this smack of a known scam to anyone or do we think he has just pressed the wrong button somewhere?

Thanks all. I'm sure she's not done anything dodge. She's only 13 and has PayPal because she occasionally eBays stuff for us when we can't be bothered Blush. We will go through the official channels and not engage. It just feels very iffy.
