For online payments and bills etc. I’ve seen Starling - does anyone know these guys?

Some banks are offering £100 free to switch to them. Look on money saving expert website for the best deals

Starling are great, they are a phone bank rather than an on line account. Everything done via a phone app, very easy to manage.

I have a Revolut account, it's extremely easy to use and managed via an app

uggmum · 10/08/2020 15:36

I would recommend Monzo. Really easy to use. Great app. You can open an account in about 10 minutes

Popping in to recommend Monzo

I love my Starling account. Really easy to use, lots of features like being able to round up into a savings account, no charge when used overseas too.

Monzo - there’s something in the back of my head that says ‘nonono’ about them and I cant quite remember what it is. Something sexist? I must have a poke around!

Monzo have recently posted quite large losses and they've also had a fair bit of negative press around locking people out of their accounts so maybe that's why the name is ringing some bells.

I've heard good things about both Starling and Revolut though.

I love my starling account, easy to manage and use.
