About 4 weeks ago I asked for advice because our Tax Credits had been stopped. It turned out that fraudulent Universal Credit claims had been made in DH's name. I had the thread deleted because it contained a lot of detail.
I just wanted to say thanks for the advice. It took 6 weeks from when they stopped our claim, but they have finally paid us the money they owed us and DWP have rescinded the 'Stop Notice' on our Tax Credits claim.
