Little legal query

I have a widget I no longer want.
I mention to the local widget shop that I would like to sell my widget.
Widget shop say I can take said widget to the shop where they will display it, and sell it for me.

I pop into the shop and find someone interested in my widget.
Some days later I get an email from the aforementioned person who has taken my widget home, yet not paid either me or shopkeeper any money. He says I will get the money in 2 weeks.
Shopkeeper seems to think the bloke is legit, but I'm a little concerned.
Said widget is £200

If blokey decides not to pay up what do I do, and do I have a claim against widget shop owner?

I think I'd kick the widget shop owner in the widgets if they don't give you the money, pronto. But I don't know that from a legal pov.

is widget another name for something? what is a widget??

A widget is another name for ...anything...
I could be selling a Parrot or a Painting.

And hunker...a kick in the widgets would be the least of his worries!
