Tax credit renewal

So I did my annual tax credit renewal on 11 July as they had my income wrong, on the app it's been saying processing for weeks now.
Has anyone done theirs? How long did it take?

I logged onto the website and did the live chat as I had a query, and they updated it right then as we were chatting.

I renewed mine back in May and logged in this week and it says renewing, I thought it would be done by now

I did mine around the same time, maybe slightly earlier - I'd been waiting for my p11d.
I have my remaining 2019-20 balance paid into my account on Monday this week, saw it in the bank and checked the HMRC app which had changed to processed and updated future payments. The paperwork came though on Wednesday.

Mine this year took around 7 or 8 weeks. But that's been the fastest ever turnaround for me
