What sort of credit card am I after?

Hey all

I had to take out a loan last may for £10,000 over 60 months. If I were to pay back over the 60 months I’d be paying back £13,500ish (I got stung with the interest rate after applying and as it left a hard search on my already not great score, I had no choice but to accept!) so have been chipping away at it with bulk payments on top of the monthly paying over the last year.

I’m now at a point where if I were to pay the balance off now I would need to pay back £6,900 and as my situation has improved considerably (income wise and credit score wise), I am able to afford to throw money at this to pay off over 12-18 months. As the interest is so high, I’m thinking of taking out a 0% interest credit card but I can’t figure out what type I need to apply for- balance transfers seem to be for other credit cards for instance. Can I just take out a normal 0% credit card and pay off the balance over the phone? I’m a bit lost trying to figure out what I actually need to apply for.

Thanks for any advice
