Iv on jobseekers allowance and limited capacity to work. Can someone tell me where on your universal credit platform it shows evidence to show your on that specific benefit. I ask as iv been to Specsavers and they say to claim for glasses you must show evidence of your benifit. Where is the evidence on the universal credit platform? Is your payment page the statement the evidence?

are you on legacy benefits or UC with the limited capacity for work element if on UC there should be a statement on your journal saying you may be entitled to help with health costs, I am not on it but this what people have told me however this is the criteria for help with health costs on UC. www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/help-with-health-costs/help-with-health-costs-for-people-getting-universal-credit/. If on legacy benefits it will depend on if its contribution or income based

If you have kids of LCW on your claim then if earnings are less than £935 per month you will qualify. I think it tells you that on your statement page if you keep scrolling down.
