If they cancelled your flights then you're entitled to a refund, if they cancel everything you're due a refund for the whole lot.
Our package holiday was cancelled due to the covid situation and we received a full refund

Thanks mummyof4 Crikey I assumed that if no flights it would be a refund for every thing . We can't be expected to find new flights when we have bought a package can't we?!

If you have booked a package holiday from a travel agent/travel company and your flights have been cancelled, they should contact you to offer you alternative flights or a refund/exchange for another holiday.

If you booked the flights and the accommodation yourselves from separate retailers, it's not a "package" and you can only get a refund/exchange for the flights.

When you say villa plus flight, what exactly do you mean? A package is everything included as one deal, one transaction.

GabrielleChanel · 09/07/2020 10:58

Sorry I was not clear
Company I have booked with is called "villa plus"

We have booked through them, an easyJet flight and a villa.
Tried to check in and outgoing flight has been cancelled. Return flight still flying. Alternative flights are available from
Different airports but we are a party of 6 so
Imagine that it's logistically tricky

No word at all from company, thought they have had our money since beginning of May.

If you booked the flights through Viila Plus, they need to sort out a new flight for you, it doesn't have to be with EasyJet, we've flown out with one airline before and flown back with a different one, as long as both flights are booked by Villa Plus it's still a package.

If they can find a suitable flight, you are entitled to a refund for the holiday or an exchange for a different holiday.

You need to contact Villa Plus in the first instance.

They aren't picking up the phone and their email bounced back and said they were dealing with holidays in date order

We are In a similar situation with our package holiday to Cyprus. Holiday booked through Teletext but our flights were with TUI. TUI have notified us that our August flights are cancelled and that the money has been refunded (to Teletext). We are getting no sense from Teletext, similar to you we are basically being told to wait our turn.

wishywashywoowoo70 · 10/07/2020 15:04

It's been in the news today about EasyJet cancelling one leg of a flight.

Keep an eye on the news.

dementedpixie · 10/07/2020 15:08

When are you due to fly out? We were with James Villas and they did it in date order too with those flying in the next 7 days being prioritised

GabrielleChanel · 12/07/2020 16:43

Not until Mon 27
That's interesting about it being in the news
