Just to remind everyone that this weekend is the deadline for putting in place old style enduring powers of attorney. Very simple to do and the form can be downloaded from www.guardianship.gov After this weekend expect to be paying a fair bit in legal fees for getting one sorted since the forms will be more complex. Get the parents to do them now before they lose their marbles!
