A few months ago we received our tax credits letter for the year 20-21. I was due to receive £94.62 this month but they have paid me £8.05. I expect I'll have to ring them but can anyone shed any light on why this has happened? My last payment due was £95.08 which was what I received.
The income they have for 19-20 is correct but as DP has changed jobs our income for 20-21 is less so can't see why it would go down.
