Hardship grant for newly self-employed in Scotland

I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere so I'm not sure how well it's been publicised, but thought it might help some people who have fallen through the cracks of the UK-wide scheme.

If you are in Scotland and started your business after April 2019 and therefore are not eligible for the UK government grant, you can apply to your local authority for a hardship grant instead.

It’s £2,000 but does require you to provide evidence your business was up and running, etc.
