pre-paid crads - uploading cash - using for travel

are there pre-paid cards that can be uploaded with cash. do they last several years? what if moneys is not used on the card within that time? Thank you

Prepaid cards almost certainly have fees or make money from a poor exchange rate, so are totally pointless now you can get a proper bank account with debit card where your money is protected, with no fees, a better exchange rate and no expiry.

Starling currently the best, also Monzo and maybe some others.
