OH FFS!!! I AM SOOOO PISSED OFF WITH ADDITIONS/HOTPOINT - I COULD SCREAM!!!

I oreded a washing machine June 27th

it arrived August 6thish and afer 3 weeks it broke.

it broke last saturday (not the one just passed - one before)

so the guy comes thursday (5 days without washer)

and he says I havent got the bit as loads of them are doing it

Says he will call tomorrow (Friday) - no call

so gets to Monday (9 days no washer)

they have ordered a PART AND IT WILL TAKE 10 DAYS TO COME!!!

Then they have to book me in for a repair - IVE HAD THE BLOODY THING 6 WEEKS BY THAT POINT BUT FOR 3 OF THEM IT HASNT WORKED!!

Ive been waiting 3 days for the 'after sales team' to get back to me - but i cant ring them -- i have to wait for them to ring me!!

BASTARDS!

Im going to demand a new washer and it be here by friday

i dont want that fecking piece of junk if it bust after 3 weeks!!!

but nothing to be so ashamed of! not your fault , is it?

you need to speak to head office, and not just some random person

i did this with Bosch, when my new machine kept having teh same fault, got a brand new machine, took a few weeks though
you might have to perservere, but you should get it sorted

I had a similar problem mine went within two weeks similar experiance of having to wait two weeks I phoned the catalogue and told them that it was unfit for the purpose it was sold to me for and that I wanted a replacement they swapped within two days
