Will I still get what wages I'm due

Started off with a new company thinking its was good one turns out it's not and I've possibly found a new job that can offer me my exact hours I need and pay.
Apparently I need to give a weeks notice but will I still get my wages if I hand in my notice or even if I dont hand it in
We get payed monthly

Surely if you complete your week’s notice as per your contract you will be entitled to be paid.

If you just walk out without giving notice, probably not.

Even if you don't work your notice they can't withhold wages, that is unlawful and they would lose in the small claims court.

You will get paid for all the hours you worked, plus or minus any holiday accrual, minus any expenses specified in the contract (for example if they sent you on a training course or paid for a dbs check).

Havnt actually had any proper wages form the company yet total nightmare all I know is it could be next week or the end of month nothing adds up with the company at all
I'm planning on working my notice rather than walking out (depends if I can hold on)
