closed credit account that I've never opened

I get a Clearscore report every time something changes on my account - this month it says that I've closed a mail order account with JD Williams. I have never purchased anything from this store, nor opened a credit account with them!

Does anyone know how I can check to ensure that someone hasn't been hacking my details and pretending to be me?

@Ohmygoodness34 no I don't have any mail order accounts these days. I shut them all down 20 years ago when I got out of control with my spending so now only have a credit card account and put everything on that! I've never ordered anything from SimplyBe either?
