Has anyone had this and have any idea what it means etc?

I tried to access my tc online and it said I couldnt so spoke to webchat who said this is on my account and I'll get a letter in 14 days.

I dont get very much as it is and extremely worried my payments will stop as I do rely on it a bit.

Thanks

Are you claiming as a lone parent? Any partner staying over or anything?

GrandTheftWalrus · 07/12/2019 05:53

No its always been a joint claim. Only thing I can think of is my earnings are higher than I estimated at my renewal but they havent gone up the 2.5k that they want to know.

I hope so. Thats the only thing I can think of why. My hours say 16 a week but last 6weeks I've been doing up to 36. But for a few months I had no shifts (zero hours contract) and I actually sat and worked out my hours etc and i think it averaged at 15.75 hours a week.
