Can you get a refund on online tickets ?

As in within a “cooling off “ period for distance selling? Event still 3 weeks away.
Seems conflicting advice on this online

Do you mean concert tickets?
Their t&cs usually say no refunds

Not a concert but an event in a pub type thing theme night. Yeah it seems to say that but couldn’t figure if was covered by cooling off period & which seemed to say they still were🧐 probably read it wrong but just wanted to check. Thanks
