Smart contracts (cryptocurrencies) and family finances

I keep seeing threads in AIBU about the division of finances within families, especially where there are young children. Most of the unfair arrangements seem to have been drifted into when parents were a young couple and havent matured as life events have impacted on one or the other.

I wonder if smart contracts could be set up to trigger automatic changes in response to changing circumstances as pre-agreed?

So for example if you had an arrangement where each person paid 50% of their salary into a joint account, that could be done automatically and adjust for any change of income, then payout the appropriate joint bills, flagging up if there was an issue, which changes that respond to triggers of changing circumstances.

Anyone into cryptocurrencies know if there is anything like this about?
