My friend & I are organising a baby/toddler sale & I was wondering if we need to display a disclaimer or similar to say we are not liable or responsible for any goods sold that are likely to be faulty. We're holding the sale at my friends sisters place of work & wouldn't want there to be any negative consequences for her business.
Any ideas or advice would be great please!
