Council tax, lone parent, student child

Eldest child is away at uni. Do I pay the full council tax or get a single adult reduced rate.
Does this change during the summer holidays when eldest is back at home for 3 months?

Thanks. I've now spoken to the council, been hanging on for ages.....and I need to get a student certificate from eldest to prove eligibility.

Yeah I think my niece had to get something stamped by her Uni to prove she was a student
