Anyone know how strict TC people are over people staying in the house but not actually living in the house?

Like bfs staying over? Just a bit paranoid after what I read on here about the income support people chasing someone over similar.

TIA

varies but he is about to get major building work done and will be at mine more than home BUT only for about 3-4 weeks so would that sort of thing count?

Tbh I think you will be fine.

It is more the benefits people dealing with IS and HB that would have a problem, and yep they would have a huge problem with him being there for 3-4 weeks. If you are on IS or HB or anything like that then I would say it is not advisable.
