eBay buyer claiming item not delivered?

The item was sent recorded delivery to the address on the eBay account and was signed for by a person with the correct name. But the person claims the item was not delivered? Royal Mail won’t refund because the parcel was signed for. Not sure what to do now?

So what is their response to being shown the signature?

No response.

Have they filed a dispute with ebay? If so, ebay should ask you for proof of delivery, you just need to upload the tracking number and that should be the end of it.

EBay should side with you. Don't do anything directly with the buyer. Go through eBay.
