Bank Charges again what happens now???

I've just got a letter back from Natwest and it advises they will not look any futher into refunding my charges till the test case has been through the courts
any advice gratefully appreicated

Nothing is happening at all! The banks are now allowed to wait until the courts decide on the case study.
