PhD, you've set up a public profile to promote your lifestyle in order to sell products. I hope you would agree that much is true.

Others will and should scrutinise this sales pitch. You repeatedly claim to be a major success in business, and advertise your academic credentials. I believe you are not a success in business and I believe your academic credentials are irrelevant. You may not like to read it (I wouldn't) but I feel no guilt in writing it. You've appointed youreself a leader in a nasty expotiative business. I know you only wanted money from that, not criticism. Too bad.

YouokHun · 20/09/2019 12:48

“The damage these people do”. I don’t know about you but I’ve never manipulated anyone into signing up for something in which >99% lose money. I’ve never used someone’s vulnerabilities for my own financial gain. I’ve never created a business giving out advice I’m not qualified to give. I’ve never isolated someone who questioned what I was doing. I’ve never bullied someone. I have however helped people who have been damaged by MLM.

Just remind me, who is it that does damage? The Anti-MLM commenters with nothing to gain or the MLM parasites with everything to gain by the continuation of this fraud? Pointing out the lies, inconsistencies, manipulations and cruelties of people in MLM is not trolling. I come across a lot of people who have managed to extricate themselves from MLM and these threads are often cited as having helped them question what they were doing (along with all the anti MLM pages and sites and the heightened media interest which is gaining momentum all the time).

spanfan · 20/09/2019 13:21

Ooh I love it when a Bot bites back.

PHD. Funny that you don't care what we say but feel you have to comment off it.

You may call it bullying, but I would call it the truth. I'm sure there have been comments about your own bullying tactics within MLM. Careful now... Anything you say is public.

And as for your mlm work, can you confirm how many of your downline made any substantial income. I know you won't be reading (hmmm) but it would lovely to know.

Calling out the poor treatment of vulnerable women, that you profess to help whilst lining your own pocket is NOT bullying.

My dislike of you is strong. I'm not a bully, I just think you need to be told how wrong YOUR behaviour is.

Why don't you use your PHD for good.

Jigsawpuzzle · 20/09/2019 13:36

Re UNI degrees I understand there is pressure from the hierarchy to make sure the students pass regardless. This is to ensure the money tree 🌲 doesn’t die.
As to the watching me watching you scenario, I imagine the well known bots check out each other and pm each other about stating MN will have fun with this.

Whiterangey · 20/09/2019 14:25

Someone calling you out on being a scammy git on the internet does not equate to bullying.

If you don't want to be called out for scamming money from people, don't do it.

It really is that simple.

Jesy Nelson went through hell, she was told to kill herself repeatedly, that is what the anti-trolling laws are for, not for people calling out scammy gits like yourself PHD.

Where's the 6 figure income in your publicly accessible companies house accounts by the way? Either you haven't earned as much as you say or you've been keeping some from the taxman. Care to enlighten some taxpayers?

MLMsuperfan · 20/09/2019 14:30

Nurse is now a business mentor!

So mentor, if I do a product demo live, should I talk about retching, or gagging more?

"I’ll help you find just 20 regular customers & 5 key people to teach the same to - that’s it !"

How about getting more than two customers for yourself first?

"If I can do it, why not you?"

Do what? Spiral into desperation with zero downline and virtually no customers? Lose all my friends?

"Are you saving for a house? A wedding? Would you love a holiday?"

Yeah maybe a day at a theme park. You can help me with that right?

Nurse, stop trying to drag others in to your misery. MLM is rinsing you dry.

dickiedavisthunderthighs · 20/09/2019 14:36

Nurse C&P'd that verbatim from Yawn. It's not the first time either.

Hi PhD! If you knew that someone with no formal business qualifications was charging £3,000 to teach vulnerable women how to succeed in an industry where they have 99% chance of failure, and with no guarantees or money back if your advice doesn't work, what would you think of that person?

fromdownwest · 20/09/2019 14:42

C&C of a business model and or a public facing business is not trolling.

Is writing a negative review of a poor experience at a restaurant trolling?

Is writing a twitter post to a company due to poor service trolling?

No, this is not trolling. It is a perfectly acceptable approach to C&C a business model, which to many is flawed and exploitative. This band wagon 'oh I am being trolled, poor me' approach, ironically is watering down the real victims of horrific online abuse and actual trolling that this legislation will hopefully protect.

MLMsuperfan · 20/09/2019 15:06

Sacked by Ariiix Bot is reminiscing about her sacking. Thankfully she doesn't bear a grudge. Except to all the "maliscious, jealous, self absorbed, corrupt, bullshitting c&£ts".

JackDelaney · 20/09/2019 15:12

Nurse's story really intrigues me. She clearly isn't making money, she is clearly wasting her time. Yet she continues to put her heart and soul into her business.

I guess it's that sunk cost fallacy coming into play. If she quits now then she's lost literally everything she's ever invested into this business...yet if she carries on then there's a chance she'll make it work. They always say in MLM, the only way to fail is by quitting.

At some point she just has to quit, surely?

I feel genuinely sorry for anyone in a position like this in life. Whether it's being in a toxic relationship that you can't leave because you hold out hope that it will change, or a gambling addiction which is costing you money but by quitting you'll never make back your losses.

Any situation which is slowly sucking out your soul, but you just can't quit it. My heart goes out to anyone in this kind of situation.

YouokHun · 20/09/2019 15:25

Nurse is tricky; the dichotomy of the victim also being the perpetrator. Whereas some are further down the line (or up the line I should say) and know what they’re doing to people while they are themselves protected by someone else’s income, whether that’s parents or partners picking up the tab and propping up the pretend bizniz ... you know who you are.

YouokHun · 20/09/2019 15:26

I wish I knew who Sacked By is. It’s the one I’ve never worked out!

Jigsawpuzzle · 20/09/2019 15:33

Re Nurse in her blurb she says Do you want to have a baby? As someone says she wants IVF. She isn’t getting the income for what she wants for her son, so would another baby rectify this ? I note there is no recent check ins to Devon.
Business Mentor is all about saving face rather than back away, cowardly or what.

Jigsawpuzzle · 20/09/2019 15:49

Yawn having lunch with a lady who had sold the garden furniture in the photo in May.Cost £2500 selling for £650 🤣

Spongebobette · 20/09/2019 15:54

Hang on

If I am mentored by Nurse I can have a baby?
What does this mentoring involve, exactly?

thetemptationofchocolate · 20/09/2019 16:04

I would definitely count Nurse as a victim of MLM.
The one thing that is drummed into you as a bot, is that you only fail if you don't work hard enough. And even if you are 'working your business' 10 hours a day, but still not getting results, your upline will be saying, success is just around the corner, keep going, or you are not working smart enough. The brainwashing works very well and as a bot you will believe that your lack of success is all your own fault. This is what I found so interesting in 'The merchants of deception', that this continued even when a bot reached a higher level. No money, still your own fault.
Nurse has not reached a high level in FL, she will still be thinking that the lack of income is down to her, rather than the business model. I feel for her as she was me many years ago.

Jigsawpuzzle · 20/09/2019 16:04

Come to think of it we have already achieved Nurses check list via our own endeavours.

dickiedavisthunderthighs · 20/09/2019 16:07

Sackedby is a massive fan of mermaids. She might even study them. I suppose that might be called mermology?

BotOff · 20/09/2019 16:15

PHD has jumped on the bandwagon because Lanzabot posted last week screeching the bullying card along with screenshots from here. Monkey see monkey do AGAIN hey 😂😂

Whiterangey · 20/09/2019 16:16

Did Yawn just go to a MacMillan fundraising lunch to try and recruit? She did didn't she.

I think i'm done, just when you think you've seen the depths someone will sink to, you still get shocked.

RogueApostrophe · 20/09/2019 16:43

Nurse looks fairly unlikely to recruit anyone as I think her social circle are fully aware that it's a load of nonsense.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 20/09/2019 17:01

Yes, it's interesting that all of the bots, ranging from the likes of Broke to PhD are jumping on the anti- online bullying legislation bandwagon.

Unfortunately for them, this is aimed at putting an end to genuine online abuse, not protecting the feelings of scam merchants who don't like having their activities exposed.

What it does go to show is that the exposure on platforms such as this is hitting them in their ability to deceive more people, and they know it.

As previous posters have said- if you don't bullshit, lie, deceive, scam, con or otherwise attempt to enrich yourself at others' expense, we won't call you out for it.

Jigsawpuzzle · 20/09/2019 17:18

Yawn-belt-handbag-sunglasses-shoes-nails (all the boxes ✔️ )

Whiterangey · 20/09/2019 18:46

Is her bag a fancy one or something? Is her bag trying to break into modelling and Yawn is it's agent?

Is her bag the guest and Yawn is it's minder?

Help me to understand why the bag was photographed so much.

Love a subtle product placement when nobody has a fucking clue what it is, or actually gives a fuck what it is.
