They can empty your bank account, force house sales, anything that will bring in the cash.

That's only if you own your home and it's in your name. Tax bill bot has a partner, he's not a director of the now insolvent company, the house is likely in his name to cover their arses.

9dartfinish2nd · 12/09/2019 14:45

That's the dilemma bots have when it comes to being Sole Trader or LTD Company.

Someone please correct me if i'm wrong but in the event of it all collapsing it's easier to avoid losing everything if they are a Ltd Co?

Sole Traders however can lose everything in order to repay debts

Hope i've remembered that correctly and it's not the other way around!! Confused

Motorheadmum · 12/09/2019 14:45

I am so glad taht these threads are still going, I was involved in the first few. I am 'caught' by arbonne but managed to get all my money back as it was proven that a certain 'region' werent giving you a 28 day period for cool off before taking any money..

BSintolerant · 12/09/2019 14:56

@leasedaudi if an IVA fails, the supervisor of the IVA can petition for bankruptcy.

leasedaudi · 12/09/2019 15:00

But if they're renting and own nothing or have a mortgage (so the house belongs to the bank) then what can Hmrc do? Write off the cost and the bot gets to wipe the slate clean? That's fucking criminal.

fromdownwest · 12/09/2019 15:02

Correct @9dartfinish2nd

Easiest way to remember is that the debts are limited to your company only. They are a separate entity, I am not sure how a directors loan is treated, I am sure someone on here does. Is it a debt of the ltd company or the individual?

It also sounds better for them too, Eternal Springs MLM LTD - gives it validity in their minds.

JasperRising · 12/09/2019 15:41

@Gentleness I googled PlanNet and have to say I don't exact understand what they are claiming their business is or how the model is structured... However, it seems to be linked to Inteletravel who are definitely dodgy and it seems to refer to building a network of reps. I would be concerned your friends will lose money.

SSDGM · 12/09/2019 15:50

PlanNet are the recruiting arm of Inteletravel this is how the top bot in Intele has earned (allegedly) £250k this year without selling a single holiday.

It’s also how the CEO of Inteletravel got away with telling abta that they don’t recruit through social media, because they don’t. PlanNet marketing does it all for them. PlanNet is an out and out pyramid scheme. There’s a joining fee and a monthly subscription. You get three people to join and you get a payoff against each one and your subs are then free and so on.

Gentleness · 12/09/2019 16:15

Argh. I feel embarrassed for them and worried. There's all this talk about promotions and becoming directors and living your best life, sudden increases in positive mindset character building type posts after a promotion, and every bit of it was ringing alarm bells for me. I am guessing that nothing I say would make a difference. Or maybe I'm being too scared to make a fuss.

9dartfinish2nd · 12/09/2019 16:30

You have every right to feel worried for them and they are probably already too deep to listen to anything negative against the company.

If you do try and get through to them @Gentleness then be prepared for the fact they may distance themselves from you and you will be classed as a dream stealer and hater.

Jigsawpuzzle · 12/09/2019 16:55

Yawn looking at static homes .

willdoitinaminute · 12/09/2019 17:39

Slightly confused why you would travel all the way to Southampton to pick up a new Ranger when you live less than 10 miles from one of the biggest JLR dealers in the country? Also when I picked up my used JLR this year there was a massive unveil and a presentation box with keys and stuff and the car was 18mnths old!
JLR make a big deal at handover so, call me cynical, but I smell cowpoo.

leasedaudi · 12/09/2019 18:45

I don't understand the Southampton thing either . Perhaps a "cheap" deal on a display model? Either way a ludicrous waste of cash.

Underhiseye2 · 12/09/2019 22:53

Who's got a new range rover?

Gentleness · 12/09/2019 23:09

I'm intrigued by all these codenames! Is there a chest sheet anywhere?

I have a friend who is doing FL as well as those doing the travel agency thing. It's not anything I've looked into much but the patterns and changes in posting have been so very obvious that I think I've been in denial that they are serious about it.

@9dart thanks for the warning. I have no confidence they'll react as I would have expected before this started. What a mess.

Gentleness · 12/09/2019 23:10

CHEAT sheet!

AntiBotics · 13/09/2019 00:05

Yawn is playing the victim card talking about how she was trolled yesterday.
Hello Yawn! You open yourself to legitimate criticism by conning people for ten years! Looking forward to seeing you get your cheque in Sydney! By the way I’ve been there twice. I saved money from working in my secure J.O.B.

Norma27 · 13/09/2019 07:31

Yawn is such a poor victim. Being called out for her despicable behaviour. Actually, sorry it is the people she has scammed out of money who are the victims.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 13/09/2019 08:02

Homeschool's cheque, which had recently disappeared as a backdrop to her lives, has made a comeback.

Maybe someone should tell her that it is now positioned in such a way that you can see that it is over 3 years old.

I await the inevitable operation of the Law of Reaction.

leasedaudi · 13/09/2019 08:27

What happened? Was she trolled? Is she reading these threads? Hi Yawn!

Whiterangey · 13/09/2019 09:22

All the cheques that are displayed in lives are now years old. They hide the dates on them. At the global rally they have their downlines asking when they will get their cheque, or that they can't wait to see them get their cheque, and then they don't reply.

The 'I took a year off' or 'I didn't work my biznis' doesn't work anymore because it's been years since some people have received cheques so they stop mentioning it but just show an old cheque.

The 'I didn't work my biznis' directly contradicts the whole residual income thing.

SnoogyWoo · 13/09/2019 09:35

She actually hasn’t been trolled though. We talk about her in code on a thread dedicated to one damaging aspect to her life and what she does to others. She chooses to come and read about it, we are not spamming her social media.

Whiterangey · 13/09/2019 09:40

Homeschool only just qualified for the global rally last year, I would say the chances of her qualifying this year are slim. I wonder what the excuses for those who don't qualify will be? It's the easiest thing in the world to do, and a foregone conclusion according to them the moment the global rally ends.

I have family in Australia, and it's a 2 week minimum stay to make it worth it. Australia is extremely expensive to get to and to stay so will be way out of the price range of normal bots. I also wouldn't leave my children for that length of time to be on the opposite side of the world. European travel, or even America is in day travelling distance for emergencies. You travel for work in your J.O.B, and they will get you back home for an emergency.

I wonder what the narrative is between Bots and their children when they leave them. It's all over social media as a holiday and showing them having fun times, that is something a kid would like to do, but then they leave them, both parents do in a lot of cases.

A troll is someone who intentionally disrupts a chat group or forum by posting inflammatory comments. Since Yawn has not posted on this chat for some time, discussing her public ( available to however many millions if not billions of nosy pokes who use FB) posts is not trolling. Unless.... someone took a poke at her on FB and she quickly deleted. I would imagine that she has upset many vulnerable people on her rise to “success” and they are fully entitled to comment on her FB site in my opinion.
People who live their lives on FB are fair game, a quick adjustment to your privacy settings protects you from trolling and everything else associated with poor online security practices.I bet she has an alarm on her house and a tracker on her new baby. Why oh why does she not see how important online security is.
The only reason I know about her is because she has a number of mutual FB friends so was constantly appearing on my feed when she tagged them. I had to unfollow these friends in order to stop my feed filling up with her drivel. It wasn’t until I started following this chat that I realised why she tagged everyone she knew.
