What to do with old chequebook stubs?

I have loads of old chequebook stubs, some dating back about 25 years! Do I need to shred them, or can I just bin them? I also have an old (cancelled) chequebook. Thanks for the advice.

I'd bin all the chequebook stubs, tear up the chequebook & bin that as well.

Just recycle it all. What do you think people are going to do...

I’m paranoid that by binning them I’d be leaving myself open to some kind of fraud! My bank account is still the same one. Will probably shred the old chequebook as it has my maiden name.

You can do what DH did and break the shredder by shoving the Chequers stub through! Or you can just rip them and shove them in the bin like the rest of us😂
