Me and my partner have split up and he has moved out. We had a joint tax credits claim but have received £0 due to his wages the past two years. I just renewed this a couple of weeks ago.
Will I need to phone tax credits and update my claim or will I need to move onto universal credit?
I will obviously phone tax credits tomorrow and ask them but I’d like to get the ball rolling if I need to change to UC. Thanks
