Pissed at my landlord

So our contract is ending soon and the agency send us an email to check if we are staying for an author year but will be 20£ extra so we texted back and said that we can only put 10£ extra and the bedroom window needed fixing as it gets very cold cold in winter and we have a toddler sleeping there any way they came to us and told us 15 £ and nothing about the window seriously 5 £ lol and she actually promised to fix the window last year before Christmas we had a huge gaz bill because of it we emailed her few times at the end for fed up as we understood that she didn't want to fix it but now winging about 5 £ when we already paying over 1100£ for a one bedroom don't know what to do so pissed off that I want to move not easy as we have a lot of stuff and a very demanding baby

You can report the 'disrepair' to your local council. If repairs have been reported but ignored for more than 3months they'll step in to ensure its sorted. I'd stick to your guns and say you're not paying any extra. Up to her if she wants to keep a decent tenant, but be willing to move if this isn't the case
