How to add newborn to UC?

Hi, I had a baby on Monday and I'm not sure how to add onto our existing UC claim? Not too sure what section it's under. We haven't picked a name yet or registered him (are doing so next week) so do I have to wait until then to add him on? Just don't want to get sanctioned. TIA

I’m not sure about universal credit but when you register the baby you will get given a birth certificate number and that’s what you will need to apply for child benefit so I would of thought universal credit is the same.

You 'report a change in circumstances' in your online account, then need to attend a meeting with babies birth certificate.
