Anyone know where I can go to get contents insurance quotes for my son? He is going to be renting a room in a shared house, and this appears to be a sticking point.

I always had renter's coverage when my DH and I stayed in apartments and a townhouse. We just received it from major insurance companies here in the US it was very cheap and coverage was for the $50,000 max

Is it a student house? Ds was covered by our own home insurance last year as long as he could lock the door to his room from outside but this year he arranged his own through Endsleigh.

He's not in student accomodation, but he is a student so I will speak to Endsleigh.
