Monthly income / outgoings

I have just put together two tables. One showing things that come in and out on the same day each week and one showing dds and sos that go out on specific dates.
Just wondering where / how I show 4 weekly payments coming in?

Monthly tables? Do a table for each month which is just a copy of the previous and then put in the 4 weekly payment dates. Some months will have two payments.

I find it easier to have an additional bank account for all standing orders & DD, this account doesn’t have a bank card and every pay day I put in the 1/12th of what is needed for my yearly bill total

Then what’s left in my current account is mine to spend, but I send money to another account in a different bank for shopping and fuel

That way I know my dd & standing orders will be paid as the money is kept completely separate. Once I set it up 20 odd years ago it was a faff but now it’s easy, each month the balance varies but never goes into deficit. I do have to obviously increase the amount that is paid to the “bills” account as costs increase
