and been having problems with payments not going through even when the money is 100% there???
Got my VirginMedia bill the other day - payment from last month had been rejected, made a payment (regular one) to a company last Monday (done over the phone and they said it had gone through) and on Saturday I got a mini-statement and noticed it hadn't gone out yet (again plenty of money available). Today I've got an email from Andale to say that they couldn't take the payment from my account - but again I know for a fact there was enough money.
Is it just me - or are others having problems with payments being refused?
